  David has more than 30 years experience in mining having started off, working underground and progressing to VP HR for mining companies listed on the JSE, TSX and various stock exchanges in Germany including the LXS. He has played an integral role in business transformational projects as well as greenfield and brownfield projects.

David is considered a Subject Matter Expert in regulatory training and development, often serving on investigations involving fatalities or severe injuries. Having worked in production underground, he has a keen interest in ensuring that training and development optimizes production and safety 

  Tracy has more than 20 years experience in mining in South Africa and 10 other African countries covering both greenfield and brownfield mining projects as well as business transformation projects.

Her consulting and operational experience includes human capital management, training and development as well as organisational development and social and labour plans for both South African and internationally listed mining companies.

Tracy also brings strong change management and leadership development as part of our integrated training and development services. 

  Khaya has more than 10 years experience in training and development in mining. Khaya plays a pivotal role in both the business and training administration at Malandela.

Khaya is a qualified Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator. She manages and controls all workplace skills planning, annual training reporting and training coordination across all projects.

Her expertise in managing the funded training component for all skills development facilitation clients plays an essential part in making our integrated training and development solutions cost effective.
