Malandela provides an innovative programme which unlocks development funding for training and development that is integrated with short and medium-term mine plans, the mine’s labour plan, succession planning, career progression planning, and SLPs.
This programme (the UpWard Programme) has been designed to develop internal and external talent pools from the mine communities of ready-now skills, trained and experienced to mine and OEM standards at little to no cost to the mine.
This gives our clients access to affordable training and development services with a special focus on succession planning and community development, including mentorship training of internal mentors.
Our accredited Skills Development Facilitators are highly trained and competent to ensure smooth development and submission of WSPs, ATRs, and other regulatory reporting for maximum and successful funding.
